the check-in process was easy the staff gave many suggestions for maximizing our travel the room was spacious and quiet it faced the street the breakfasts were stellar lia the attendant offered great customer service
i thought the room was disappointing our room did not look like the pictures on the website the room could have used more light and better quality sheets the towels could also be improved we would have preferred to be more in the center of things with more buzz around shops and restaurants

The breakfast buffet had many fresh fruits and juices. I also liked the option to order pancakes. staff was helpful and quick to fix issues, like when the coffee machine broke. the room we had was spacious enough for three people, and it included comfortable beds and daily cleaning.
the internal terrace door in my room did not lock properly.
